Don't know the answer to your question, but will you please not reply to an existing message when starting a completely new thread. Just because you have the misfortune to be using Outlook, some of us have mail clients that can thread e-mail messages. Since yours is now buried beneath a reply to an opening message, I'll probably never look at it again.
