JESS: Core Development Knowledge/rules engineer position

We are a venture funded rules based technology company in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Our customers are banks, insurance, and brokerage companies in the Fortune 500. Our track record in this economy with our customers is a testimony to the strength of our innovation.   We have a job opening in our core product development team for an engineer with extensive experience with knowledge based systems and rule-based systems. The opportunity focuses on knowledge modeling systems, knowledge acquisition, knowledge/rules management, and ontologies/taxonomies. An ideal candidate would be both a designer and developer. Extensive experience with knowledge based analysis tools, at least 5 years of software engineering experience, and B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in computer science are required.
