We are using Eclipse for JESS development. We posted a simple but
open source .clp file editor you can install at
http://eclipse-plugins.2y.net/eclipse/plugin_details.jsp?id=322
We'll be enhancing this editor over time. We are also working on a
linked rule debugger to the editor.
