I have the print version on order at Amazon...wish that buying the print version could get you some kind of rights to see the e-version too! Now I just have to wait!

Hmmm... I don't know about that. What got me is that the ebook version costs half the printed (at list price) and then have it discounted on the paper version if you want it. So basically you can have it now and then redeem what you paid. All of this on the publisher site.
The downside is the price on Amazon is discounted, on Manning site is list.
