OK, I got an answer back from Dan Selman, who wrote the J2EE part of the RI: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- No easy answer as J2EE1.4 beta2 is a totally different code base to J2EE 1.3 (and beta 1!). It is a version of SUN One with (buggy?) 1.4 support added. I wish him luck... I *think* he may also have to recompile the JCA connector as the connector spec. has an incompatible interface change in version 1.5. I'm not 100% sure that JCA 1.5 is included in 1.4 though... My recommendation would be to stay on 1.3 for now...
