I'm having a hard time understanding how jess is used with java. In the examples, along with a java main class, two (more) java beans were used to set parameters. Are java beans always needed in order to use (run) jess from java? Is it possible to just execute a clp (assuming that there is no need for user input) and view the output in the console?
One more thing, the system that I need to develop requires user input, that is, the system must accept a 'yes' or a 'no' after every question is asked. Is there a way of automating this? Like everytime the system asks a question, the "yes" or "no" answers come from a database, and then answer the question as if a user enters them when jess is run from the console? Can java with jess do this?
Thanks in advance for any help.
