First of all thank you for all.
I4m trying to implement a search algorithm, A* for example. I have to process all the activations, remove the first one, and go on whith the next, in order to do backtracking. It4s my way to especify jess that the activation removed doesn4t have to be activated again.
That4s my goal if you know another way to get it please notice me it.

There's no documented way to do this.

So what are you trying to do? Why are you trying to treat rules as if
they were functions? If you told us about your goals, rather than your
proposed implementation, maybe we could help.
