As it says in the Jess 7 release notes
(http://www.jessrules.com/jess/docs/70/release_notes.html):
Newly deprecated methods. The Rete.executeCommand() method is
deprecated in favor of the new eval() method.
It's just a new name that matches "(eval)", the analagous
Jess-language function; its behavior is unchanged.
