My standard line is that you need to go to the Protege mailing lists
for JessTab help, but here that really wouldn't be enough; to answer
this question, you'd need to know more about Jess than Protege users
generally know, or more about Protege than Jess users generally
know. One possible solution might be that I myself could study
JessTab and learn what it actually does, and write an essay that tries
to  bridge the knowledge gap. That might make a nice homework
assignment for me. Hmmm...
