We have an ongoing "discussion" that I would love to hear opinions on
from experts and hacks alike:

OK... Session bean exposed as a Webservice that uses a JAR file and the
Rules engine API?
        OR
A rules engine on an ESB that exposes rules as webservices to be used by
other systems?

Rules define a process - of sorts - So, when to use a Rules Engine vs
BPM (That has process in it - thus a form of rules) vs Session bean that
has the process logic in it?
