I have installed the Jess 7.0 editor in IBM's RSM and RSA 7.0 tools and the Jess editor works without any problems. I have not tried it with RSM/A 6.0. Your error indicates that the Jess edit is not installed correctly or is missing a dependency and not loaded. Check the .log file for errors and check your installation.
