Jess itself behaves the same way as always in this area, but the
JessDE is being a better Eclipse citizen right now; unfortunately this
means that some things don't work as well. This should improve in the
next few point releases.
There are some things the new JessDE does much better than the old;
for example, working with projects located outside the workspace works
now.
