ALERT! Imposter Using
Dr. Charles
Peter Wagner’s Name!
Two individuals
have notified the Global Harvest Ministries office of a
fraud that is going on. Someone is using a very old
bio of Peter’s and is requesting housing – usually the
rental of an apartment. This individual uses very
marginal English and makes up stories about travels.
One instance was in Argentina and another was in
Massachusetts. Peter’s name is known and trusted and
individuals are willing to help him. Eventually, this
imposter requests up front money and bank information, of
course with the idea of tapping into their account.
One individual even gave a passport name and number and very
personal addresses about a home, employment, etc.
Identity theft is also one of the motives apparently.
I have attempted to have the yahoo people look into this but
they claim there is nothing they can do to help.
Therefore, if anyone out there is approached by some suspic
ious activity, just don’t fall for it! This is just a
head’s up. It may be one of the famous Nigerian fraud
issues – at least one of these instances definitely
was.
A clue to that the person committing fraud
is not actually Dr. Charles Peter Wagner is that the
imposter never goes by Charles Peter Wagner, but always by
C. Peter Wagner.

Scam!!
The former web address for Wagner
Publications, the former publishing arm of Global Harvest
Ministries, has been used in a scam to sell FAKE
downloadable bibles. Again, this is a scam and is not
affiliated with Wagner Publications or Global Harvest
