-1 English version of resources is needed to serve "en" users when jetspeed runs in a non "en" machine.., having it as default localization does not work at all, because my default locale is "es", so when i change my browser to "en" locale, the page dont gets localized because the en properties are not present.. so please readd it to cvs..
