ISSUE: not available on added content options ie:10am, apache, etc. I'm trying to understand what the problem really is with added content. While I got a message that says to run proxy options on/off etc if you are behind a firewall, I'm not. Additionally I have studied this. The actual content is downloaded into the cache directory. Although the content is there, the option to add the content still says "unavailable"
