[J2] prefs target directory removed from CVS

A long while back the prefs/target directory was accidently checked into 
CVS.
The directory has been removed from CVS today.

Just to ensure that the directory stays deleted, please re-sync your 
local copy of J2 with Eclipse or command line tool .
With Eclipse:

1. cvs update the components/prefs project
2. delete the components/prefs/target directory from the file system
** 3. refresh the prefs dir from Eclipse
