The Portlet App Manager details portlet is displaying, but not storing portlet
descripton information. Currently user attributes and metadata are persisting
correctly. Not persisting: prefs, language, init params, security, content type.

Description:
Create a PAM (Portlet Application Manager) Portlet Application.
This PA is a Jetspeed-specific portlet application, providing the following
administrative portlets in a portlet application:
1. Portlet Registry Browser. A portlet displaying a navigated hierarcy of portlets. It
has two views:
- Application View: a tree view of PA nodes with portlet subnodes
- Portlet View: a flat view of portlets, supporting several sort orders (by name,
by PA, my author, ...)
2. Portlet Application Detail. A portlet allowing an administrator to edit all init
parameters for a PA.
3. Portlet Detail. A portlet allowing an administrator to edit all init parameters for
a portlet.
4. Deployer Portlet. Allows for deploying PAs from the local file system or from the
internet, and undeploying portlets.
