It appears that you do not have your build.properties set up correctly.
\\shared\lib should be pointing to the location of your tomcat
installation's share/lib directory. Make sure you have the
"org.apache.jetspeed.server.shared" and
"org.apache.jetspeed.project.home" set up correctly with regards to your
environment.
also I kept getting maven.deploy.plugin not available
earlier.
You can ignore this error.
