missing portals-bridges-velocity-0.1.jar

cant compile jetspeed-2 with HEAD cvs, my user build.properties 
overrides only tomcat and database configuration, all the files is clean 
copy of anonymous cvs to jakarta-jetspeed2
This is the output:
