Navigation component displaying a horizontal menu with menu items activate a link or
open a (dhtml rendered) pulldown menu containing additional menu items. Each of these
submenu items again activate a link or even expand to another pulldown menu.
Menu items are page context relative and can be based on other pages, folders,
external links and/or document sets.
The Menu decoration will probably be implemented as special decorator, but maybe also
as portlet.
The MyFaces JSCookMenu component looks interesting for this purpose.
