Portlet application needed hot deploy

I run Jetspeed on Jonas 4.1.4
After the jetspeed compilation and the "maven quickStart", I start Jonas.
Jetspeed deployed and copy all the portlet applications in the Jonas's webapp
repository. But the portlet application don't deploy, I have to hot deploy all
portlet applications. This operation is only needed the first time that
Jetspeed deployed on Jonas, after, it's work fine.
