I think it is possible. You can change the decoration of portlets or use your 
own decoration for your portlets. In the 
directory---WEB-INF/decorations/portlet/html/, you can add your own decoration, 
and modify your .psml file to change portlet-decorator attribute's value. And 
then you will get what you want.
