I will contribute. What is it supposed to be written?
I have not yet checked out the branch, but I imagine both the interfaces
and stubs for parsing and serialization.
I need more time to see it as a whole.
I thought that the admin objects would be a good target for moving them
from ecs-based to sax-based (or beans).
