I've been working with Paul Spencer on the Jetspeed documentation, and I
think he's doing a great job of it.
I'd like to recommend him as a Jetspeed committer, so he continue with his
work on making frequent and valuable contributions to the documentation.
I believe Paul is committed to working on Jetspeed, and will be an excellent
addition to the team.
