Whomever is moderator for this list needs to moderate the messages that are
sent to them.
If you want the person to get auto-approved, this is done by reply-to-all on
a moderation message and sending it.
If you want the person to get only approved once, then just reply to the
message.
If you want to reject the message, then read the top of the moderation
emails for instructions.
