Peter,
Cocoon2 is on the list to be a implemented as a portlet type in 1.3a3.
Currently the only way to "integrate" the two is by using a
WebPagePortlet to include a web page generated by Cocoon. Their is
other traffic on the jetspeed-user mailing list that describes the
"integration", see http://www.mail-archive.com
