Well it's a proposed new feature, so not constrained to any release
date, and delayable until a release,

I think that a _new_ *.?ar format, it's not a very good idea at least to
what i'm thinking right now.., there are so many questions abour "how to
build a war" everywhere .. no god!!:)

I'm talking more about easy configuration and enhancing usability for
jetspeed admins and deployers.., and to have such a simple configuration
way to it can be nice.. at least..

I'm not talking about the profile a new user gets, the way it's now it's
ok for me, i'm talking about the "anon" profile, the one that non
registered user see, right now the only way to change it, is configuring
some user and coying over to the anon directory, a way to copy some user
profile to the anon setup, perhaps in admin/jetspeed, or maybe another
special user ( like turbine it's now as default to registered users )
that non registred users will see..
