Hi, I know this is an old mail, but...
It seems the consensus was to remove the password from the confirmation email url - as its not used. It was also mentioned that the secretkey is removed too - I'd prefer to leave it in and in fact populate the form field with it - thus the user only needs to click the link in the email and then "Confirm" on the web page and they are done - no retyping or copy/pasting of the secret key.
