Uh-oh - this might be me :-(
Perhaps I was a bit aggressive about removing ${webappRoot} entries -
as the old code relied on it being removed if it was not defined -
whereas the new stratum code now leaves it in.
But - I just tried it out and it works fine - so it must be a local
config problem for you.
I can get moreover feeds in RSS portlets.
