I am in the process of building a portal that will support JSR 168. Without internal knowledge of the specification, I have been relying on the Jetspeed 1.4 interfaces. I have also reviewed the IBM WebSphere Portlet Java doc at http://www7b.software.ibm.com/wsdd/zones/portal/portlet/4.1api/. It appears IBM has made several design changes and added several classes, but the code remains in jetspeed packages. Does apache have ownership of both code bases? Any ideas on which one is the anticipated route apache will take?
