I am trying to use the default customizer with VelocityPortlet. When I invoke customize for the portlet, none of the parameters are listed in the customizer (yes, I did make sure they are not hidden and have no security constraints). If I dump the $portlet variable in customize-portlet, it refers to the customizer itself rather than the portlet being customized. Other types of portlets (JspPortlet, RSSPortlet, etc) don't seem to have this problem.
Did anyone run into this before? Many thanks in advance for any ideas and suggestions to this puzzling dilemma. Best regards, Mark C.
