o How is the portal used? i.e. Allows employees and customer to manager order, catalogs, documentation, ...
o Jetspeed features used? i.e. WebpagePortlet, RSS portlet, PSML Reference links, Registry security....
o Are you using portlet the where not part of the distribution? Did your company write them, or are they purchased. If purchased then from where?
