ok, it's working. mail.jar and activation.jar are not in the war
file, due to sun license probably.

They *can* be in the war, we just *can not* allow separate (i.e. cvs) download. The sun license allow "bundled" redistribution, not separate redistribution.

I modified the build.xml to try to ensure that they get into the war. I'm not sure if I got it right.
