Unless I hear any objections, I'll make this an optional feature of 
IFramePortlet.

BTW: I think that this kind of functionality would apply to other types of 
portlets as well. Personally, I would like to achieve this globally thru 
variable substitution such as in the example below:

https://${username}:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Other variables could include: ${portal.base}, ${webapp.base}, etc. Actually, 
IFramePortlet already does that with WEBAPPROOT.
