Added: src/java/org/apache/jetspeed/services/logging
JetspeedLogger.java JetspeedLogFactoryService.java
Log:
Refactored logging service - a tremendous effort by Harald Ommang (see Bugzilla bug#
19906).
Few minor issues remain but will be resolved shortly.
