Do you know which CMS project it is based on by any chance? OpenCMS, Slide, etc.?
Its meant to be pluggable CMS services for jetspeed portlets
Right now we are working with Slide and Dynabase
Once I finish the project with Dynabase I will take the time to decouple non-compatible license dependencies and donate it here
