Possible reasons : - You're using database PSML manager and it's not correctly configured, or populated - Your user PSML is broken (not valid anymore), I've seen it once for anon user but never found where it was coming from :( If your user doesn't have a profile, then clicking on customize will break, no way to prevent that. This is not a bug, as in fact the problem is before. Please provide more information on your configuration, and what you can do : - can you get the anon user page (when not logged) without this message (Profile not found) ? If not then it's a configuration problem - if you can get the anon user page but not a specific user page, then its psml is either broken or even not present. Check it.
