Thanks for another contribution, Marco!

I vote that we include Marco's WebClippingPortlet in Jetspeed-1
distribution. It is very simple to integrate and will nicely complement
existing core portlet portfolio. The only thing that we need is to get
better example portlets because the ones included do not render very well
(at least not for me).

We can enhance it/port to Jetspeed-2 later.
