they are all alphas and betas for example 1.4b3 is a beta, where as 1.3a1 is an alpha
ok. i've moved all the releases to cvs.apache.org/dist/jakarta/jetspeed.
strictly speaking, 1.4b4 should be there (rather than in the mirrors) but that'd mean there'd be no releasable available for jetspeed so i'm willing to cut you some slack. it'd be nice (given the momentum at the moment) for jetspeed to push out a proper 1.4 release sometime soonish.
