Pluto problems

I don't know whether it is a suitable place for my question, I can't 
access pluto mail list(Have  the mail list for pluto   already  
opened?), so I post it to the list. If it is not the correct place, 
please let me know where the correct place is.

I deployed some portlets in pluto, but no change happened in pluto 
access page http://localhost:8080/pluto/portal/, Does any 
configuration been  need? How can I view or activate my  portlets in 
my  browser.

Any help is appreciated.
