HI DLS,
  try  to  update first and  then  do  commit.
I have seen this problem in  Eclipse. After update/commit
Does not work.  I have a dirty way  to  do  that. Copy  your file
Somewhere and then  delete it from  eclipse workspace. And then  again  
Import  it.
