It will be very nice to implement import/export feature of the registry. This way
we'll be able to easily convert between the castor based and db based implementations.

I have added a patch to implement database registry service in jetspeed.
Please look at and let me know. This service will implement PORTLET
and SKIN. Rest I am working on and will be ready by this weekend.
