We did make a changes in the jetspeed Resourceproperties files(the location of the
registry files, PSML (if
using file-based PSML), log files, and temp files,temp.directory, cache.directory )
,still do NOT have success.

Jetspeed writes to quite a few files in the webapp
You will need to change the location of the registry files, PSML (if
using file-based PSML), log files, and temp files
Look at the JetspeedResources.properties file, at the properties
temp.directory, cache.directory for starters
