Description:
As it stands now, all the testcases that require RDBMS configuration each define a
test:test pre-goal that performs the exact same logic for each case.
I am going to remove these preGoals from the individual testcases and move them into
the /maven.xml. Since all sub projects will pick this up by default, it will make
maintaining our build scripts that much easier and readable.
