What's causing the delay on the lists?

I'm seeing at least 8 hours delay already and maybe even more (dunno 
what's in the pipeline :-) ).

Its not the first time. The last two weeks I noticed at least 3 times 
unexpected delays.
Does anyone know if these kind of problems are logged or can be reported 
anywhere? (I always like to know why I'm waiting even if I can't help it)

I wonder when this one will show up.....................................
