Since patch.tar.gz has many patch files, I created ant script.
Please use the following steps to apply them.
$ tar zxvf patch.tar.gz
$ cd patch
$ ant -Djetspeed.dir=/home/cvs/jakarta-jetspeed
where jetspeed.dir is source code directory.
