jmock-SNAPSHOT in remote repository not uptodate

the jmock-SNAPSHOT.jar in the default remote maven repository is not 
uptodate and leads to compilation errors.

the current jar from
http://dist.codehaus.org/jmock/jars/jmock-SNAPSHOT.jar
works.
a general question: is the default remote maven repository always 
uptodate? Is it advisable to use it?
