Key: JS1-507
Summary: Layout completly changes when editing property topnav.logo.file
Type: Bug
Status: Resolved
Priority: Major
Resolution: CANNOT REPRODUCE
Project: Jetspeed
Components:
Layout
Versions:
1.5

Environment: Windows 2000 Server
Description:
I just installed the latest version of Jetspeed (1.5) on a windows 200 server. After
the installation everything looks fine (the startpage ../jetspeed/portal includes 5
portlets with a nice layout).
As soon as I only change the property "topnav.logo.file" in the
JetspeedRessources.properties file (I use another picture with exactly the same size
in pixels), and restart my tomcat server, the layout changes so that only the headers
of the portlets are still visible but not with the style (blue background) they had
before and also not as well positioned as before!
I did not make any ohter changes than the one described in the property file. When I
change this property back to the old value (image/jetspeed-logo_1.5.gif) the layout
still is destroyed and the only thing I can do is to redeploy the original war-file!
What did I do wrong?!
