The PAM UI is looking great Jeremy! I would like to suggest we add an export feature
to the PAM so that if a user changes a PA via the PAM that user can export the changes
to a portlet.xml. This gives the user the capability when and if they redploy (the
only thing redploy keeps are the portlet preferences, everything else is re-created)
the app, to use the exported portlet.xml in their .war to keep keep from loosing any
changes they have made from the PAM.

Description:
Create a PAM (Portlet Application Manager) Portlet Application.
This PA is a Jetspeed-specific portlet application, providing the following
administrative portlets in a portlet application:

1. Portlet Registry Browser. A portlet displaying a navigated hierarcy of portlets. It
has two views:
    - Application View: a tree view of PA nodes with portlet subnodes
    - Portlet View: a flat view of portlets, supporting several sort orders (by name,
by PA, my author, ...)

2. Portlet Application Detail. A portlet allowing an administrator to edit all init
parameters for a PA.

3. Portlet Detail. A portlet allowing an administrator to edit all init parameters for
a portlet.

4. Deployer Portlet. Allows for deploying PAs from the local file system or from the
internet, and undeploying portlets.
