       Body:
I need consensus on how to proceed with the following unsused items:

1. Fulcrum dependency and CPS. We are no longer using CPS in J2 but I do know it is
used by others in their personal projects. Is there anyway we could move this out of
J2 to somewhere else? We could also just delete it now since it will be preserved in
the cleanup-20041013 tag.

2. We have some jmx stuff under portal that we no longer use,
org.apache.jetspeed.services.jmx. Can we remove this? If so we can also remove about
3 jmx jars for the time being from the dep list.

3. Cornerstone. I have seen emails back and forth about moving to Corenerstone to
incubation. I propose we remove Cornerstone from the current HEAD source tree. Its
current state will be preserved in the cleanup-20041013 tag.

Description:
To get the ball rolling on getting a 2.0 M1 release out I have started cleaning up the
Jetspeed 2 source tree, removing things that are no longer used.

current progress:

- I have tagged a cleanup-20041013 which is a snapshot of HEAD prior to the clean up.
- Removed all pico/nano/groovy deps.
- Resolved any compile issues tied to the preceeding dep cleanup.
- Removed any pico/nano/groovy specific classes/tests/artifacts.
